The Direct Dating Academy Week 1 2 3 & 4 – Sasha

• Week 1: Inner Game & Foundations. This phase focuses on overcoming “limiting beliefs” and “approach anxiety”. Students learn that confidently displaying intent is inherently attractive and that their “value” is self-defined rather than external.
• Week 2: The Direct Approach. Instruction moves to practical “infield” techniques. This includes using “direct openers”—bold statements like “I thought you were sexy/beautiful and had to say hello”—to establish immediate attraction and filter for interest.
• Week 3: Interaction & Tension. The focus shifts to maintaining momentum after the initial approach. Students practice “push-pull” dynamics, “frame control” (leading the conversation), and building sexual tension through eye contact and body language.
• Week 4: Closing & Logistics. The final stage covers “closing” interactions by securing contact information (phone numbers or social media) and managing “logistics” for setting up dates.
